Beancurd Chives Fried Mee Sua - A Non-Meaty Meal

I have been eating fried mee sua from the food stalls outside. They are tasty but oily & some stalls added lots of MSG. Hence I decided to try to cook a plate for myself; Home-cooked fried mee sua that is not so oily & without MSG!

GOING VEGAN...

Fried Beancurd Garlic Chives Mee Sua
Main: Deep Fried Mee Sua
Main Ingredients: 2 Small Beancurds(Cut Small Cubes), 1 Bunch Garlic Chives
(韭菜/KowChoi) 
Side Ingredients: 1 Beaten Egg, 
1 Handful Beansprouts
Frying Condiment: 2 Tbsp Grapeseed Oil
Seasoning: 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce

Garnishing: Sliced Red Chillies
Note! 

Use the oil for deep frying meesua to deep fry beancurd and subsequently stir fry all other ingredients except, of course, the chillies for garnishing.
